Rules and Regulations
The Rules and regulations are established to guarantee an orderly and enjoyable use of the facility to all guests.
Booking a reservation and/or filling in the data on the Guest Portal formally and for all intents and purposes implies acceptance of these Regulations, in all its clauses and conditions.
The agreement with Villa Agnona is regulated by Italian law and failure to comply will result in the expulsion of the Guest and the reporting to the authorities of public security, police or carabinieri .
Booking conditions
By submitting the reservation, the Customer confirms that he has read and expressly accepted the Terms & Conditions.
The reservation must be confirmed by the customer by providing their credit card details as a guarantee.
In any case, providing the card information authorizes Villa Agnona to charge for the total amount of the stay, according to the terms and conditions of the booking.
When booking on the site, the entire amount of the reservation is charged to the card provided by the customer.
In case of cancellation within the time indicated in the terms and conditions, the entire amount will be credited back to the same card.
The reservation will be confirmed only after we receive a payment.
The booking systems used by Villa Agnona use the most advanced security standards to guarantee the protection and privacy of the data entered.
Documents
At the time of booking or immediately afterwards, the Client is required to enter his or her documents and those of the other guests on the Guest Portal or send them directly to Villa Agnona, at least within 24 hours before the day of arrival.
This is for the purpose of identification and to enable the compilation and communication of attendance to the police authorities, as required by law.
Villa Agnona will not send the Client the Access Code for self check-in and in any case will not allow access to the accomodation unless the information and required documents are entered through the portal and/or copy of the documents sent within the indicated timeframe. Failure to do so will also authorize Villa Agnona to withhold the amount paid by the Client for the entire stay.
Registration of guests
It is strictly forbidden for guests and persons not registered correctly at the time of reservation to access the premises.
Terms of Cancellation of the Reservation
The reservation of the room and the apartment can be cancelled and/or modified free of charge within 48 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellations or no-shows, Villa Agnona will charge the total amount of the reservation.
Guests under 18 year old
Minors can stay in Villa Agnona only if accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian.
The parents or legal guardian are responsible for the acts committed by minors within the structure and are required to supervise them and make sure they maintain a proper behavior towards other guests.
Arrival and Departure times
The rooms and the apartment are available for check-in from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated strictly by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless exceptions are agreed and authorized in advance.
In case of late check-out, a surcharge will be applied, according to the following scheme:
- Up to 12.00: 10€
- Up to 1.00 pm: 30€
- Up to 2.00 pm: 40€
- After 3.00 p.m. the cost of an additional night will be charged, according to the current daily rate.
Rates are per day regardless of the time of entry.
Customer Care
Villa Agnona Customer Care service is available to Guests from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 6 pm, upon communicating via WhatsApp.
Outside of these days and times, the prompt answer of the operators will be guaranteed, following a message from the Customer, only in cases of proven urgency.
Bedding Configuration and Linen Replacement
The Customers must specify their preferences or requests such as an extra bed or crib no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.
The cleaning of the rooms will be done on a daily basis.
The bed linen and towels are replaced at the guest's check-in, as per the regulation for holiday homes.
In exceptional cases, a change of linen & towel may be requested with a supplemental charge of 25 euros per room, for each change of bed linen and towels.
It is forbidden to remove linen or any other item part of the room or the premises.
If anything is missing upon inspection after check out, Villa Agnona will charge an extra to the Customer equal to the purchase cost of the missing goods.
Compensation for Damages
In the event that damage is found to the structure following check-out or during the guest stay, including furniture and / or equipment, the Customer must pay the correspondent amount to restore the premises to the original condition.
The Customer Care will proceed to quantify the damages found, including the costs of repurchasing the damaged or missing goods, the costs of any restoration work and will forward a formal communication to the Customer within two working days of check-out.
Wi-Fi
A free wi-fi network is active in the premises, for the exclusive use of Customers.
Villa Agnona is not responsible for any malfunctions due to the network provider but will notify the service provider any issues as soon as possible.
Pets
Pets are not allowed inside Villa Agnona, both in the rooms and in the common areas and on the terraces. The property apologizes for any inconvenience.
Smoking ban
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas.
Any non-compliance will require Villa Agnona to perform a specialized cleaning procedure of the unit with ozone sanitization treatments. Given the high costs of this process, offenders will be charged a penalty of € 250.00 (two hundred and fifty) to cover the cost of the sanitization treatment.
